The ear is awful and bloody, and I believe that’s a blowout you can see. She stretched from 2mm, to 8mm. That’s a six millimeter stretch. With a taper. At least it wasn’t acrylic. How it can be fixed: That needs to be taken out. ASAP. I can’t imagine the pain that  she would be dealing with after just trauma.
